Our Mission
Founded in 2022, Compton International Inc is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit
organization – we are dedicated to empowering individuals in underserved communities through
financial literacy education and international traveling opportunities.
Our program encompasses a range of educational courses, including Credit Building &
Leveraging, Entrepreneurship, Real Estate, Taxes, and Stocks. By incorporating these specific
subjects, we aim to instill psychological habits of wealth and empower individuals to make
informed financial decisions.
Course Strategy
The courses provide up-to-date information, practical scenarios, and real-life situations to enhance
participants’ understanding of the subject matter. The duration of each course will be 90-180+ days and
will include measurable milestones and achievements specific to the participants’ personal goals. These
milestones serve as indicators of progress and success throughout the course. Our course experts will
then guide participants on the proper methods of action to take toward reaching that specific goal. By
actively engaging in the course materials and implementing the recommended actions, participants can
improve their financial situations and enhance their standard of living in real time!
International Travel
Exposure to different cultures and experiences is an essential component of personal growth and
development. Therefore, we plan to organize international traveling opportunities for program participants,
allowing them to broaden their horizons, expand their knowledge, and foster a global perspective. During
these international trips, participants engage in immersive cultural experiences, gaining a deeper
understanding of different societies, customs, and ways of life
Compton Woodley Airport
The Compton Woodley Airport has been a positive staple in the city, with a rich history of serving the
community by providing aviation services, fostering economic growth, and job opportunities. It has
become a recognized symbol of pride for the city of Compton, representing resilience, progress, and
community development. By leveraging the existing infrastructure and resources of the airport, we aim to
create a dynamic center that will serve as a catalyst for positive change in the community. Individuals will
have the convenience of applying online and physically visiting the airport to begin the pre-approval
evaluation and intake process,
We envision the airport evolving into a multifaceted center that not only benefits aviation enthusiasts but
also becomes a beacon of hope for individuals seeking educational advancement and international
exposure.
Docuseries
The primary objective of the Docuseries is to showcase the positive impact and effectiveness of our
programs in extreme conditions while simultaneously serving as a marketing campaign to generate public
awareness and support for continued operations and studies.
The Docuseries focuses on visiting a variety of underserved communities and partnering with
Neighborhood Influencers who are respected, active, and capable of influencing others positively. By
selecting neighborhood influencers who are recognizable figures in their communities, we can establish
an immediate sense of relatability. Viewers can see someone they know and look like going through the
educational courses, making the process more tangible.
The entire learning journey of the neighborhood influencers will be captured on camera, documenting
their experiences, challenges, and transformative outcomes. This approach is designed to instill
confidence and motivation in future participants, particularly those from similar backgrounds, by
showcasing that self-education and execution are achievable
We are strategically beginning our efforts in one of the largest, and most well known public housing
projects in the United States, The Nickerson Garden Projects. Completed in 1955 for the purpose of low
cost transitional housing, it became evident that concentrating a large number of economically
disadvantaged individuals in a limited area resulted in a self-contained, isolated ghetto. Now 68 years
later in 2023, the environment still remains impoverished with no signs of progression and will continue if
this issue is not addressed.
EYL University
Our partnership with experts in financial literacy education, specifically with Earn Your Leisure
(EYL), is a strategic collaboration aimed at providing our participants with comprehensive and
practical financial education. Earn Your Leisure is recognized as an industry leader in the field,
having demonstrated mastery of their craft through their proven track record. Through EYL
University, our participants gain access to a wide range of financial literacy courses and
curriculums. These courses are specifically designed to assist participants in achieving real-life
progression and success. The curriculum covers various aspects of personal finance, including
budgeting, investing, credit management, entrepreneurship, and wealth-building strategies.
